A leading DTH service provider, despite having high traffic, was struggling with low retention and low customer engagement. The client wanted to tap into business opportunities created during the season of the Cricket World Cup and IPL (Indian Premier League) by engaging its audience better. We came up with the idea of plugging in Cricket widgets in the client's mobile app to change the complete look of the original app. Through this, we could double the average visit duration and significantly reduce the bounce rate during the season, resulting in better customer engagement outcomes.
